IRA Toyota III

This 54,315 SF retail car dealership and service center was constructed for Ira Motor Group, a subsidiary of Group 1 Automotive, Inc. Located on an 18 acre parcel of land directly on Route 495 in Milford, MA, this facility was a relocation of Ira’s Toyota dealership formerly located on Route 16 in Milford.

Designed to Toyota’s latest specifications, this new, two-story facility will include office space, a showroom and a service facility constructed using a combination of masonry block, composite metal panels, and a store front glazing system. Highlights of the new dealership include 29 service bays, quick lube and alignment bays, an on-site car wash and a storage capacity of nearly 600 cars with expansion.
