New England Pottery

This 181,780 SF office, showroom and distribution facility was designed and developed by Condyne, LLC for New England Pottery and GKI Bethlehem Lighting. The facility is located in the Myles Standish Industrial Park.

The facility was constructed out of a combination of architectural metal panel and concrete masonry block. This 30’ clear distribution center is equipped with 14 loading docks featuring levelers, seals and bumpers. This modern facility features ESFR sprinklers, metal halide lighting and the latest in life safety equipment.

This is a great example of Condyne’s ability to see the redevelopment potential of existing buildings. As land sites and permitting become more difficult, redevelopment opportunities provide additional successful ventures for Condyne and its investors.
