This 74,492 s.f. office and warehouse complex facility for ADVO Inc. “Supercoups” is located in the Liberty and Union Industrial Park.

The building is constructed of a combination of masonry block and architectural insulated metal wall panel, with the office featuring a glass curtain wall front entry way. This modern high bay facility features 11 loading docks and one drive-in door. The warehouse also features dock levelers, seals and bumpers, a 60’ concrete dolly pad with an 8” thick concrete slab, and a clear height of 36’. It is serviced by 21 loading dock doors consistent with a modern, state-of-the-art distribution center.
