The Shoppes at Stoughton Commons is a new 78,100 SF retail development off of Route 24 in Stoughton, MA. This open-air plaza features national retailers Bassett Furniture and La-Z-Boy.

The Shoppes are located on Technology Drive in Stoughton, MA. The tenants benefit from tremendous visibility from Route 24 with the Shoppes being situated between BJ’s Wholesale Club and Bob’s Discount Furniture.

The building consists of 21,855 SF of speculation space for future tenant usage. The exterior of the building is a combination of glass and dryvit at the entrances and features glass storefronts with aluminum canopies.
