Ocean Beauty Seafoods

Located in the Myles Standish Industrial Park, this 57,512 SF facility was designed for Ocean Beauty Seafoods. This office, food processing, and multi-temperature warehouse is a relocation for Ocean Beauty from their existing facility in South Boston, MA, and is one of two production locations that make Ocean Beauty the largest smoked salmon processor in the United States.

The facility features 10,000 SF of executive and sales offices with a kitchen, cafeteria, quality assurance labs, break rooms, and training rooms. The facility is designed to meet all strict governmental guidelines for food processing.

The shipping and receiving area has 10 loading dock doors, hydraulic dock plates, and door seals. The fully racked high-bay portion of the building consists of freezer, cooler, and refrigerated docks. The truck courtyard features a concrete dolly pad at the loading doors.

The processing area is divided into two separate operations including individual temperature controlled rooms related directly to the production. It also includes wash-down rooms, packing rooms, and labeling rooms.
