As Chief Financial Officer, Ms. Greene oversees all aspects of finance and accounting activities of Condyne, Advantage Construction and Condyne Investment Fund, as well as all other member entities. Ms. Greene is responsible for developing and enhancing the internal organization, processes, and infrastructure of the companies.  

Ms. Greene’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: the coordination and review of all monthly and annual financial statements to ensure they are prepared accurately and timely in accordance with  Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP); ensure compliance with all reporting deadlines to partners, investors, government agencies and financial institutions; monitor liquidity needs of all entities and ensure appropriate funding; establish and maintain sound business relationships with Auditors, Tax Advisors, and Banking/Lending Institutions; work with the President on acquisitions of real estate to ensure closing price and funding are appropriate.  In addition to the above responsibilities, Ms. Greene is also responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources department.

Ms. Greene brings a wealth of accounting and finance experience to Condyne, having worked at such companies as Fleet Financial Group, KPMG LLP and Investor’s Bank & Trust Corporation.
