Condyne, LLC Breaks Ground on Luxury Townhouses in Hyannis

Condyne, LLC recently broke ground on Flagship Estates, a new luxury townhouse community on Stevens Street in downtown Hyannis. This exciting, new development offers a premier location in Hyannis Center - within walking distance to historic Hyannis Harbor, downtown, shops and public transportation. Flagship Estates is also just minutes from major highways and some of the Cape’s finest beaches, restaurants, country clubs and numerous historic landmarks.

The 29 unit development features one, two and three bedroom, shingle-style townhouses in a private setting. All units will feature state-of-the-art amenities including parking with attached garages, ceramic tile baths, hydro-jet tubs, central air and heating and upgraded appliances.

“We saw potential for the redevelopment of an industrial site into a vibrant, mixed-use development situated at the West End entrance to downtown Hyannis,” says Don O’Neill, Vice President of Condyne.

Advantage Construction, the general contractor on the project, and Condyne, agreed to upgrade the existing water system, connecting North Street to Main Street via Stevens Street. Some major subcontractors involved on the townhouse project include the civil engineer, BSC Group and Shepley Wood Products, as well as other local trades.

Completion of the project is expected in late 2007.
