Condyne Executes 5-Year Lease in the Norton Commerce Center

Condyne, LLC is pleased to announce that Nortech Engineering, Inc has recently signed a lease at 10 Commerce Way in the Norton Commerce Center. The industrial display and computer products company will be moving from their current space at 15 Commerce Way into the former Axis Shield space. Nortech will be taking the 4,800 SF office and manufacturing space as is on a long-term extension. The 5-year lease will commence on January 1, 2010 and will bring the occupancy at the Norton Commerce Center to 95%. There will be one remaining 10,132 SF vacancy in the park as of January 1, 2010.
