Condyne Secures 10,315 SF of Office Space in Danvers

Condyne recently executed two new leases at 1 Corporate Place in Danvers, MA. These two leases bring the building to 100% occupancy.

Guardian Life Insurance Company of America signed a 5-year lease that will commence in December of 2009. This will be a relocation for the tenant who will be moving from the first floor of the building to a 6,694 SF space on the second floor - nearly doubling in size. The landlord provided a tenant fit-up allowance for cosmetic changes. Condyne and Meredith and Grew were able to backfill the vacant space on the first floor with a 3,621 SF lease executed with Insight Services Group (ISG). ISG took the space as is for a 3-year term.

One Corporate Place is a 5-story, 103,272 SF first class office building set on 4.88 acres of land in the well known, master planned Ferncroft Campus.
