Condyne Executes 5-Year Extension Lease with Franklin American Mortgage Company

Franklin American Mortgage Company recently executed a 5 year lease extension and expansion at Condyne’s One Corporate Place in Danvers, MA. One Corporate Place is a 5-story, 103,272 SF first class office building set on 4.88 acres of land in the well known, master planned Ferncroft Campus.

Franklin American Mortgage expanded their current space by 5,360 SF bringing the total occupancy to 9,993 SF. Some minor renovations occurred including the demolition of an existing demising wall to connect the expansion area with the existing premise and the entire 9,993 SF was repainted and re-carpeted by the landlord. Additional improvements included the re-flooring and expansion of the break room, the creation of a new main entryway and the construction of a storage area.
