C&A Architectural Design & Engineering Awarded Contract at Avon Freezer

C & A Architectural Design & Engineering completed civil engineering for the renovations of the former Versacold freezer facility located on Murphy Drive in Avon, MA. As part of the civil engineering process, C&A designed and obtained all town permits for a new 1000 linear foot waterline which will enhance the buildings’ new modern fire suppression system. Additional improvements to the building included a new relocated handicap ramp to bring the freezer facility up to ADA standards as well as a newly designed exterior concrete pad for the installation of an emergency generator system to handle all life safety functions for the building.
