Triumph Learning Signs 80,000 SF Lease in Littleton Condyne has recently executed a 5-year lease with Triumph Learning, LLC. The 80,000 SF lease for the education preparation materials company is in the Littleton Distribution Center in Littleton, MA. Triumph Learning will have 8,000 SF of first class office space including twelve private offices, two conference rooms, a break room and new shipping office. The facility will be fully racked with a narrow aisle racking system to accommodate Triumph’s inventory of educational materials.
Condyne’s vertical integration, consisting of civil engineering for the parking lot redesign by C&A Architectural Design and Engineering, the tenant improvements performed and designed by Advantage Construction and the overall management by Condyne Property Management allowed the project to be fast tracked to meet Triumph’s schedule.
