Condyne Announces 10-Year Lease with Victor Innovatex, Inc. Condyne is pleased to announce the long-term lease agreement recently executed with Victor Innovatex, Inc at 81 Commerce Drive in Fall River, MA. The textile company has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 540,000 SF of warehouse and 30,000 SF of first class office space – leaving a 30,000 SF office vacancy in the building.
Victor Innovatex recently purchased partial assets of the former Quaker Fabric Corporation including machinery, equipment and inventory, as well as several of the company’s trademarks and design copyrights. Victor intends to hire all necessary support from management to mill workers in order to guarantee a smooth transition. With this transaction, Victor is predicted to be one of the largest upholstery producers in the world and a leader in the U.S. textile industry.
