As a member of the business development team, Mr. McCarthy works to identify acquisition, development and redevelopment opportunities in the New England area.  His responsibilities include working with leasing brokers on leasing and built to suit opportunities for Condyne’s extensive portfolio of properties.  Mr. McCarthy is also responsible for expanding and establishing business relationships with real estate brokers, potential clients, and other real estate professionals. 

Mr. McCarthy received a Bachelor of Science Degree for University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and is working on his Certificate of Real Estate Finance from Boston University.  He is a licensed salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of NAIOP and ICSC.
