Mr. O’Neill is President of Condyne, LLC (“Condyne”), which he has helped grow to be Massachusetts’ 5th largest commercial development firm, having developed over 5 million square feet in the last five years.  Most of Condyne’s developments are in the New England area and have consisted of large distribution and industrial facilities.

As managing member, Mr. O’Neill's responsibilities also include the oversight and management of the asset and property management divisions.  These responsibilities included reviewing financial statements, consulting on complex tenant issues and understanding and maintaining the overall health of each asset.

Mr. O’Neill is also responsible for managing, directing and operations of the Condyne Investment Fund.  His responsibilities include creating and developing finance relationships and identifying acquisitions, sale leasebacks and development opportunities.

Mr. O’Neill is a member of Compass Realty Partners (“Compass”), which held its final closing in late 2005. Compass’ first fund was highly successful, acquiring and developing over $76 million in real estate throughout the Northeast.  Those properties include a combination of auto dealerships and retail strip centers and also include both acquisitions and development.

Mr. O’Neill is also a principal in Advantage Construction, Inc., a design-build firm specializing in the construction of large industrial facilities.  Advantage undertakes most of Condyne’s design-build needs.

Before starting Condyne, Mr. O’Neill founded Condyne Logistics, a full service transportation company that he later divested.  Mr. O’Neill worked at Condyne Freezers, a public refrigerated warehouse company, where he was responsible for sales and new business growth.
