Bonnie Kirby
Controller

Bonnie Kirby was recently hired as Condyne’s new Controller.  Bonnie will be working closely with our CFO and Accounting Staff to manage and support the Condyne Companies in all aspects of finance and accounting.  Bonnie has over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry having worked for select property management and development firms.

Bonnie’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the day-to-day accounting functions of Condyne; the coordination and review of all monthly and annual financial statements to ensure they are prepared accurately and timely; ensuring compliance with all reporting deadlines to partners, investors and government agencies and financial institutions; and assisting the CFO with special projects.

Ms. Kirby received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Communication from Stonehill College in Easton, MA.
